Chuck Olson
Cofounder, The Uptake

Chuck helps train and distribute the work of video-based citizen journalists through The Uptake, his non-profit organization. He is also the founder of Minnesota Stories, called one of the best video blogs by The New York Times.

He is the producer-director of "Blogumentary," the first documentary film about the rise of political and personal blogs. His work has screened at the Walker Art Center, Get Reel Documentary Film Festival and Harvard University. Chuck is also the Minneapolis correspondent for Rocketboom and works as a freelance producer, videographer, editor and educator.

Cristina Córdova
Unit Production Manager, Abnormally Normal

Cristina Córdova launched her Web video career as co-creator of the daily Web series Chasing Windmills. She has created commercial work for H&R Block, Home Depot, Nature Valley and others.

Up until last month, Córdova was editor of The Rake magazine. While there, she drove an overhaul and redesign of the magazine’s entire site.

Currently, Córdova is Unit Production Manager for the upcoming Web dramedy series, Abnormally Normal and is co-creating a feature-length film for Web audiences with her Chasing Windmills partner, Juan Antonio del Rosario. Journalist and writer by trade, she has adopted the Web as her primary distribution source.

Jake Nyberg

Cofounder and Creative Pants, ThreeVolts

ThreeVolts began as a failed baseball card shop in 1991. After a fifteen year hiatus, Jake Nyberg and Bill Prouty reunited to create compelling ads and branded entertainment for the Web. Recent ThreeVolts work includes viral campaigns for 3M, Jim Beam and Bellisio foods.

Jake has also been working on a steamy memoir detailing the summer he spent working as a pool boy in the Hamptons in 1974. Look for "My goodness, Mrs. Lancaster, I'm only here to change the chlorine" at finer booksellers this fall.
