From cleaning city sewers to beginning a career in commercial finance, starting my own business, to changing careers for the marketing world. I have always loved making connections and building up others wherever I have been.

I am at my best working with people; it energizes me. The human condition fascinates me, from our many positives to our struggles. I’ve succeeded in my career and life because I’ve failed and gotten back up. But I didn’t do it alone. A good leader is someone who has a high emotional IQ, is flexible, can be a macro and micro thinker, and, most importantly, is an active listener. I believe in being open-minded, adapting to change, and letting others shine. Improvement of process and structure comes when you work together.
