On April 3rd, join MIMA.org and facilitators from The BrandLab for a powerful workshop that will provide agencies and brand teams with the insights, learnings and tools required to create bias-free, marketing environments and your most high-performing marketing team yet.

This workshop is for marketing professionals of all levels and disciplines. Rooted in empathy and understanding, participants will learn 3 Fearless Questions that grow our understanding of ourselves and our world. Workshop attendees will uncover the impact of words in our own relationships. The workshop will explore unconscious bias, how bias shows up in the creative workplace, and how bias impacts marginalized communities and our success as marketers. Attendees will walk away with tools to create an inclusive and safe culture in the workplace.
