At this point everyone has yelled at Siri, had words with Alexa or accidentally engaged with Google Home. But what if this technology could be used to predict user behavior, reach out, and make recommendations for your target audiences? As consumer expectations shift, companies are just beginning to harness intuitive communication tools to stretch their service capabilities. US Bank is at the forefront, already tapping into the possibilities of interactive voice technology.

On March 28, MIMA is bringing Thomas Luong, Innovation Sr. Product Manager for US Bank, to present his insights on emerging trends in voice tech, and open the floor for a group discussion about how your companies and clients are using it now – and where you could be using it in the future.

Whether you’re a voice tech master, or just starting to learn, this session will provide an opportunity to dive deep into how the latest tools are being applied to communication and what’s still on the horizon for this emerging channel.

This is a members-only event.
