Position Summary:
Bold Orange (BOCO) is seeking a Senior Web Analyst with a passion for digital analytics and data insights. Our growing Analytics & Insights team applies a variety of tools to measure and optimize campaign performance, understand digital behavior, and improve customer experiences. The ideal candidate loves distilling data to answer business questions, and enjoys building dashboards, tagging media/website behavior, and developing performance insights through media, CRM and site analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity, with a concentrated expertise in Google Analytics/GA4
- Proficiency with Google Tag Manager
- Report findings with data visualizations that are easy to understand
- Partner with web development, marketing and strategy teams to implement solutions
- Analyze, understand and summarize behavior and expectations of online visitors
- Create performance reporting, dashboards, and insights for ongoing client delivery
- Own and deliver ad hoc analytics requests with exceptional attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Collaborate with broader client teams to create and refine thoughtful points of view and actionable recommendations
- Comfortable presenting analytics-based insights and analysis to stakeholders
- Inform business partners of progress relative to project timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years’ domain experience within web/digital analytics, marketing analytics or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, computer science, business analytics, marketing or other related discipline
- Demonstrated proficiency with GA4, Tagging via GTM, dashboard development in Looker Studio, Datorama and/or PowerBI
- Comfortable writing ad hoc code in SQL, R and/or Python to perform analysis
- Experience leveraging analytics to drive business/digital outcomes and measure performance
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Innately curious and happy to dig in whenever called upon
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
