Padmini Sharma

Padmini Sharma is a Brand Strategy pro with 20+ years of experience across advertising, insights and brand management. Before founding Jester&Genius in 2013, she spent 7 years at Frito-Lay/PepsiCo where she worked on consumer insights & positioning for iconic brands such as Cheetos, Tostitos & Sunchips, and is the recipient of a Grand Ogilvy award from the Advertising Research Foundation which recognizes insights-led, innovative thinking to drive business growth. Prior to that, she worked as a Brand Planner at an advertising agency. She’s currently a member of the Fast Company Executive Board, an organization for leaders who are defining the future of business.
