Chad Halvorson is Founder and CEO of When I Work, which creates a better work life for half a million people in 50 countries across a wide range of industries, through its proprietary scheduling and communication solutions. When I Work continues to grow significantly since 2010 and has received $24 million in venture capital. The company began as a start-up of three in St. Paul and now employs more than 130 full-time employees in Minneapolis. Chad has successfully helped build three multi-million dollar companies, all of which are still operating today. His awards include the Minnesota Cup High Tech Division Award, INC’s 35 Under 35, and the Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. He is a graduate of Brown College.
