About the speakers
Abby McNally not only oversees Collective Measures’ connection strategy and brand media departments, but is also responsible for developing the overall media strategy for clients. She works as the liaison between channel specialists, ensuring all channels are working in concert to achieve client goals. She remains informed on top of the changing media landscape and consumer behavior shifts, uncovering opportunities based on those trends. Before joining Collective Measures, Abby worked at OMD in Chicago where she focused on cross-channel media plans for Walgreens. She later worked with Adobe, focusing on programmatic media strategy for major brands, including MillerCoors, Allstate, 3M, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and Bank of America.
Leah Lam is the driving force behind Collective Measures’ brand media and internal trading team. A highly organized and detail-oriented brand media expert with strong creative problem-solving skills, Leah has executed digital and traditional media campaigns on behalf of enterprise clients such as EVEREVE, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, The Tile Shop and more. Her ability to skillfully analyze campaign results to make strategic decisions on behalf of our clients has helped produce impressive performances.
